Rawhide Whiz is a grullo reining-bred stallion that was in training in 2006, and will hopefully reenter training in the fall of 2007. His pedigree is full of champion reining horses, and with his unique color on top of that pedigree, we are just tickled pink to have found him. We hope to have him reining in NRHA, AQHA, and possibly in IBHA in the coming years.

Our philosophy is that color isn't all there is to it. We want the color, sure! But look at the horse classifieds sites now and you'll see that there is a lot of color out there on mediocre horses. Breeding stock shouldn't be mediocre. It should be the highest quality material whenever possible. Rawhide Whiz is champion material WITH the grullo color. Look for this grullo stallion in the coming years in reining!
